Planning & Construction Management

The Planning & Construction Management Department is responsible for acquiring property, administering and implementing the Capital Improvement Plan and identifying/addressing growth patterns for Baldwin County Public School System.

The most appropriate educational specifications are researched and incorporated for each new construction project. Our goal is to provide new facilities and improvement of existing facilities to ensure safety, comfort and educational benefit to students by developing innovative and efficient schools for Baldwin County.

Our office is located in the Bay Minette Central Office on North Hand Avenue.
