Welcome to the Baldwin County Public Schools Human Resources web page.  Our school system is always seeking outstanding applicants for all vacancies.  The school system operates under a seven member elected board of education administered by an appointed Superintendent of Schools.

The mission of the Department of Human Resources of the Baldwin County Public School System is to recruit, develop, and retain outstanding employees committed to fostering educational excellence.

This Human Resources website provides information to guide and assist applicants and current employees.   Please read all materials carefully and follow the instructions. Applicants are not required to be fingerprinted to apply for positions; however, those who are offered employment must be fingerprinted prior to beginning work. 

Additional information regarding salary schedules, job descriptions, benefits, vacancies, substitutes, recruitment and alternative certification is provided.  Applicants are encouraged to monitor the employment vacancy list which is updated whenever there are open positions.
