Parents, This Wednesday is auditions for Elf! Musical. A couple of important details to remember: In order for you child to audition, they must have their audition packet turned into Ms. White by Tuesday morning in order to participate. Because of the number of students interested in participating, auditions will end at 5:30pm instead of 5:00pm. There is one exception to this, the 4th and 5th grade students will be finished at 4:00pm. Again, the 4th and 5th grade students will be finished at 4:00pm. Please make arrangements to pick them up from the cafeteria at this time. 6th-8th grade students will be finished by 5:30pm and should be picked up in the car rider line. We appreciate you letting your child be a part of this incredible opportunity! Any questions, please contact Mrs. White.
Parents – Elberta Middle School is making changes to afternoon car line procedures for safety concerns on County Road 83. Vehicles will need to go North on Illinois Street towards Kichler Circle and form a single line in the east bound lane. Cars will line up facing east on Kichler Circle and south on Illinois Street, if needed. Vehicles will no longer be able to enter afternoon car line from County Road 83. Please see the map below. Car line will be one line only. We will no longer form two lines. These changes will take place Monday, October 10th. The Elberta Police will be here to assist us with these changes. Note – there will be no changes to morning car line procedures. These changes only affect afternoon car line procedures.
