Degrees and Certifications:

Mrs. Maddison Dombrowski

Hi Senior Students and Parents!

I am so excited to begin my third year of Counseling at Daphne High School! I still consider myself "new" to the Eastern Shore area, but I have to say, I have never lived in a more beautiful or friendly city.

I have previously been at Daphne High School as the Sophomore Counselor for two years as Ms. Davis, and I have just recently taken over as Senior Counselor under my married name as Mrs. Dombrowski. I could not be more excited for this year and for gearing our seniors up to pursue their dreams after high school! While my name and job title might have changed, my love for serving the students and families of DHS has not wavered one bit. Go Trojans!

I am originally from Vestavia Hills, AL, where I attended and graduated high school. I then enrolled at Mississippi State University (Hail State), where I received my Bachelor of Science degree in Educational Psychology in 2013. To pursue my dream of being a School Counselor, I enrolled again at MSU to obtain my Master’s Degree. Two years later in 2015, I received my Master of Science degree in Counselor Education, with a concentration in School Counseling. Since graduation, I have lived in Daphne and have been extremely blessed to work at Daphne High School.

If you haven’t already: check out the platform we are blessed to have and use at DHS called Naviance! You can login at under the “Students & Families” section under the Login tab at the top right. If you have trouble logging in—shoot me an email, and I can get you up and running quickly! This platform will be what students use to request letters of recommendations and transcripts for college, and we will be using it in many other ways this coming school year! Instructions for requesting transcripts is on the home page when you login, and I will be reviewing this with students all year long.

If I can help you in any way, let me know, and if I can't—chances are I know someone who can! We at Daphne have our students' best interests at heart, and we are devoted to making sure everyone has a great year!

Go Trojans,

Maddison Dombrowski
