Jamari Terrell Williams Student Bullying Prevention Act
Beginning with the 2018-19 school year, the Baldwin County anti-harassment policy was updated to comply with the new Jamari Terrell Williams Student Bullying Prevention Act (June 1, 2018) to also include student against student bullying, intimidation, violence, and threats of violence that occur off school property as well as cyberbullying, which may also occur off school property.
