Thank you to Worthington Industries for donating a liquid nitrogen container to Ms. Boyer’s 8th grade Physical Science classes. Ms. Boyer uses liquid nitrogen to demonstrate how the arrangement and flexibility of particles in matter react to the extremely low temperature (-196oC/-321oF) of liquid nitrogen. Worthington Industries located in Theodore, Alabama is a multifaceted metals manufacturing company that produces products for alternative fuels, fire and rescue, cryogenics, and many more.
