    AFTER SCHOOL CARE UPDATE: At present most of our Programs are at capacity. We will not be taking additional students off the Wait List until after the first full week of school. And then, it will be dependent upon us locating additional staff. Please make other arrangements for your child, if you have not yet received Confirmation of Enrollment. Availability remains at the following sites only: Bay Minette Middle, Perdido K-8, Pine Grove Elementary, Rosinton Elementary and W. J. Carroll Intermediate.

    UPDATE: 2020-21 Registration

    Afterschool Care Program Registration for the 2020-2021 School Year opened on June 1 at 9 a.m.  In the first five hours, 762 students were registered for the Afterschool Care Programs across Baldwin County.  Due to COVID-19, we have limited our program size at most schools to 65 slots.  Once the Program reaches capacity (65 students), the Wait List automatically begins to builds.    This move was made this year as a precaution. The programs can easily take additional students, if space allows, once we have more clarification on COVID-19 guidelines.  Parents will receive an email confirmation when the registration application has been processed for enrollment into the program, which may take several weeks.

    Eight schools already have a Wait List building for Afterschool Care, these schools include: Bay Minette Elementary, Belforest Elementary, Elberta Elementary, Fairhope West Elementary, Loxley Elementary, Robertsdale Elementary, Rockwell Elementary and Spanish Fort Elementary.  Non-refundable Registration Fee for Afterschool Care during the month of June cost $10.00, beginning July 1 registration moves back to the normal cost of $20.00 per student. 


    2020/2021  Registration 

    •  Opens: Monday June 1st at 9am   *Attention: Space is limited for all programs. 

    The following items are needed to complete the registration process:
    1.  Non- Refundable registration fee 
    2.  Completed On-line Registration
    3.  Emergency contact person(s) other than parents
    • When registering make sure to register all children (if there are more than one) at the same time before submitting your application. Once you submit an application, you will not be able to submit another under the same program until the first one has been approved or rejected.   
    • Once you register through the EZ Childtrack Program, the ASCC Office must enroll your child into the program. Once that has been completed, you will receive email confirmation of registration and access to your account.
    • Fees are charged based on Registration and are NOT influenced by attendance.
