If a student or parents needs additional help connecting with a mental health or community resource that is listed in any of the resources below please contact Mrs. Lee, the school social worker. You can also contact Mrs. Alms, the school counselor if social worker is unavaliable. We would be happy to help you connect with needed resources!

If you would like for your child to recieve school based counseling services through AltaPointe this signed release of authorization must be signed and returned to school social worker.
