• Course Description:  

    Career and Technical Education is a program of study that involves a multiyear sequence of courses that integrates core academic knowledge with technical and occupational knowledge to provide students with a pathway to postsecondary education and careers. Career Technologies I introduce students in Grade 7 to foundational knowledge and processes needed to increase their level of technological literacy.  

    Career Explorations Uses Whitebox learning software.  It is a project-based learning (PBL) course, designed to emphasize teamwork, problem solving, and decision making including a computer simulation of each project.
