What is OneVoice?
Creating and maintaining a safe learning environment is a shared responsibility. OneVoice gives students, parents and community members a simple, anonymous way to speak up when they have a concern.
OneVoice is Baldwin County Public Schools' anonymous reporting system that allows users to report potential safety and security concerns at any BCBE school. Reports may include threats of violence, bullying, harassment, drugs, mental health concerns or any other situation that could impact the safety or well-being of students or staff.
Students have multiple ways to access OneVoice. QR codes are posted throughout each school and can be scanned with a personal cell phone before and after school hours. During the school day, when middle and high school students' phones are secured in Yondr pouches, they can access OneVoice through a dedicated tile in the student portal on their school-issued Chromebook.
Parents, students and community members may also submit reports online at any time. If submitting a report by text message, you'll need your school's unique code. When reporting online, simply select the appropriate school from the list.
Every report is reviewed by designated school administrators, who assess the information and take appropriate action. If you see something concerning, don't assume someone else has already reported it. Speaking up could make all the difference in helping us maintain a safe learning environment for everyone.
