Baldwin County Public Schools now uses an online vendor database through Bidnet Direct. All approved vendors must register on Bidnet Direct to maintain their status. This process is fully managed online by the vendor. Be sure to record your username and password to keep your account information current.
All bid invitations will be sent via email from Bidnet Direct. Vendors are responsible for ensuring their information remains accurate and up to date. We recommend reviewing your company profile at least once a year. Failure to maintain current information may result in missed bid opportunities.
To register, click the link labeled “Vendor Registration/Log In” at the bottom of the page. Complete all required fields and select the appropriate codes for the goods and services your company provides. Bidnet Direct
