Employee Assistance
Baldwin County Public School System’s Employee Assistance Program provides confidential, professional support for employees and eligible family members who may be facing personal, emotional, financial, or legal challenges. Through our provider, Employee Assistance Services (EAS), employees and their family members have access to three counseling sessions at no cost. Support is available for a variety of concerns, including stress, anxiety, relationship challenges, substance use, trauma, grief, and other life circumstances. We want our employees and their families to know that they do not have to navigate difficult times alone. Participation is confidential, and employees can contact Human Resources for assistance with connecting to EAS and learning more about the support available to them.
