My name is Katie Perry, and I teach 7th grade Language Arts. I grew up in Fairhope and graduated from Fairhope High in 1997. After high school, I received a volleyball scholarship to Jefferson Davis Community College where I graduated with an Associate in Science degree. I transferred to the University of South Alabama where I graduated with a Bachelor in Communications and a Minor in Business. I worked in Atlanta, Georgia, for a couple of years at a marketing firm before moving back home and returning to South Alabama for my Master's Degree in Secondary Education and Language Arts. I have taught at Fairhope Middle School for the past 14 years. I also coached volleyball, basketball, and soccer for five years.
I married my best friend, Chris, in 2008, and we have two amazing, precious, and very active little boys. Knox is 7 years old, and Jaxon is 3 years old. We attend Fairhope United Methodist Church, and we reside in Silverhill.
