I grew up in Daphne. I'm married to John Persson.  I graduated from Auburn with a Bachelor's degree in Finance.  I also have an Alternate Masters of Early Childhood Education from the University of South Alabama.  I began my teaching career at Daphne Elementary in 1997 teaching second grade.
