Hello, my name is Darla Herrin. I teach 8th grade Advanced Physical Science and Physical Science. This is my 16th year teaching at Bay Minette Middle School. I received a BS degree in Environmental Engineering Geology from Western Washington University in Bellingham, WA. I also received an MS degree in Environmental Science from the University of North Texas in Denton, TX. 

My family and I relocated to Bay Minette from Fort Worth, TX in 2005. We enjoy the laid back atmosphere and people, going to the beach, boating on the river, riding dirt bikes, hiking in the woods and playing music in our band.
