I am a native of Daphne, AL and I have resided there all my life!  I have been so fortunate to be a student of the BCBE school system and also teach in this great system.  My undergraduate degree is from the University of Mobile, where I received BS in Secondary Education-Social Science. I later received my  master's degree from the University of West Alabama in School Counseling.

Prior to working at SFMS, I taught in the History Department at Daphne High School for eight years.  I have one son, Nicholas, who is my greatest joy! In my spare time I love to travel, read, and spend time with family.
