Mrs. Virginia Paisant

I am Ginny Paisant, a Special Education Teacher at Daphne High School.

I am a true southerner, having lived in four states:

I was born in Mississippi……grew up in New Orleans, Louisiana…..moved to Alabama with my husband, Miles, and had four children……moved to Lawrenceville, Georgia……moved back to Daphne where I have lived and taught for the past 14 years.

After graduating from Grace King High School in Metairie, Louisiana, I earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Speech, Language and Hearing from Southeastern Louisiana University in Hammond, Louisiana. I have served students in Louisiana, Alabama and Georgia in the areas of Speech, inclusion, and now teach a class of students with Multiple-Disabilities. During my time at DHS I have coached cheerleading, and sponsored Girls’ Service Club.

I am a loyal Saints fan, an Alabama fan, and, of course, a Trojan! All four of my children have graduated from Daphne High School, and now live from California to Key West, Florida!
