    The production, processing, marketing, distribution, financing, and development of agricultural commodities and resources including food, fiber, wood products, natural resources, horticulture, and other plant and animal products/resources.

     
    Courses offered for the 2016-17 academic year include:
     
    • Aquaculture (Counts as 3rd/4th science credit toward graduation)
    • Horticulture
    • Sports/Turf Grass
    • Environmental Management (Counts as 3rd/4th science credit toward graduation)
    • Nursery Production/Management
    • Landscape Management
