Degrees and Certifications:
Mrs. Lindsey Lee
Hello! I am very blessed to be the social worker at Daphne High School! I am originally from Dothan in southeast Alabama. I received my Master’s Degree in Social Work from Florida State University in 2017. In 2014, I received my Bachelor's Degree in Social Work from Auburn University. Additionally, I am licensed in the state of Alabama as of June 2014.
In 2014, I began my social work career at the Houston County Department of Human Resources in the child protective services unit. I then changed jobs to become a Care Transitions Coach at the South Alabama Regional Council on Aging before we moved to this area in 2015.
My husband, Drew or "Coach Lee", is a PE teacher at Daphne Elementary. He also is an assistant coach for football at Daphne Middle School and an assistant coach for varsity softball at Daphne High School. We enjoy traveling and going to concerts together.
My role at Daphne High School is to serve the emotional and social needs for our students. I am also the sponsor for the Youth Task Force, which is the service club affiliated with The Lighthouse Shelter. Additionally, I am the co-sponsor for the Daphne High School Peer Helpers.
I love being a part of the Daphne family! Please do not hesitate to call or email me with any questions or concerns you might have.
