Degrees and Certifications:

Mrs. Stringer

I am so excited to be teaching Project Jubilee at Loxley and Pine Grove Elementary!  This is my nineteenth year of teaching, most of which has been in the Gifted Education classroom.  This is my first year at Loxley/Pine Grove.  I feel like I am coming home since I am a product of Baldwin County Schools.  I went to Daphne Elementary, Daphne Junior High, and graduated from Fairhope High School.  I received my BA from the University of Mobile in 1995 and in 2005, I also earned my MA Degree in Gifted Education from the University of Alabama.   Ironically, I'm a HUGE AUBURN fan!

My husband and I lived in the Birmingham area for fourteen years, and we moved back home six years ago.  I began my teaching career in Shelby County working in various roles until we returned to Baldwin County.  I absolutely feel that it's part of my calling to teach and advocate for Gifted Education students.

My husband, Joe, and I have been married for twenty-one years and have two children.  Our daughter, Lana, is a tenth grader and our son, Luke, is a sixth grader.  They are fantasic and fun!  Lana loves art , music, and theater and Luke loves playing baseball and football.

When we are not at work, you will find us on the beach, on a roller coaster, traveling, or hanging out together at home.  We enjoy life together!
