Mrs. Brittany Eames

Welcome to Foley High School! My name is Mrs. Eames. I moved to the Foley area in December of 2015. I graduated from Carson Newman University, a private institution at the foothills of the Great Smoky Mountains where I earned a degree in Biology with a secondary license to teach grades 6-12.

I grew up in the outskirts of Atlanta, Georgia where I attended the largest high school in the South. After graduating from Mill Creek High School, I moved to Tennessee to play collegiate softball at Carson Newman University.  Living in the Great Smoky Mountains for almost five years opened my eyes to some of the most breathtaking places in Southeast.

I married my high school sweetheart. I am a proud owner of 2 Weimaraners named Zeke and Ellie. I enjoy training in a form of mixed martial arts called Jeet Kune Do. I enjoy painting and visiting new places any chance I get. I believe in being a life-long learner; I am currently enrolled at Clemson University working on a masters degree in Biological Sciences.  I have high expectations of myself and for each of my students. I am always looking for ways to improve myself and the instruction I teach.
This year, I am teaching Advanced Placement (AP) Biology, Honors Biology, and General Biology. I am a sponsor for National Honor Society.

I look forward to meeting you and getting to know you as a person this semester!
