Dr. Tiffany Goldschmidt
Dr. Tiffany Goldschmidt has served in K-12 education with Baldwin County Public Schools for 22 years and is currently the principal of Summerdale School. She spent ten years as a middle school science teacher before transitioning to the district level as an instructional specialist during the 1:1 technology implementation in 2012. She later served as the instructional lead for a team of seven instructional specialists, supporting the district’s 45 K-12 schools.
Dr. Goldschmidt also worked as a curriculum supervisor, where she supported hundreds of middle and high school educators in the areas of English Language Arts, reading intervention, and library media. She is passionate about promoting literacy and learning by providing resources and support to students and teachers. Under her supervision, the district developed a strategic plan for literacy in secondary schools, resulting in the highest accountability assessment scores in over a decade.
Dr. Goldschmidt has presented at the International Society for Technology in Education, ACT Southeast Conference, Future of Education Technology Conference, Alabama Education Technology Conference, and Alabama Education Association Conference. She is also a Certified Cognitive Coach, eMINTS Certified Teacher, and eMINTS Certified Trainer.

Mr. Robert Weichert, III
I received a BBA from the University of Wisconsin in Marketing, a graduate degree in education from the University of West Alabama, and an Educational Leadership Certificate from the University of South Alabama. After working many years in the private sector, I was offered an opportunity to become a special education teacher and coach at Baldwin County High School. I hope to continue to make a positive impact in student's academic achievements, help recognize their individual genius, and aspire them to becoming lifelong learners.
