Ms. Chandler Dunaway
Ms. Dunaway is in her 18th year of teaching and her 4th year at Foley High School. She serves as a Librarian, the Class of 2020 Success Coach, a member of the Problem-Solving Team, and co-sponsor and coach of the Scholars' Bowl Team. She began her education career as a Spanish teacher for 12 years at her alma mater, T.R. Miller High School in Brewton, AL. After becoming a certified librarian, she moved to W.S. Neal Elementary School for two years before coming to Foley.
Ms. Dunaway's vision for the library in our school is for it to serve as a learning commons for all the students, faculty, and staff of Foley High School. She wants everyone to feel a bit of ownership in our library and collection.
In her life away from school, she is the proud mother of 4 fur babies (kitties): Katniss, Sudah, Little Buddy, and Mushu. She enjoys reading books of all kinds, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.
