Kenny King

Coach Kenny King is the Athletic Director and Head Football Coach at Daphne High School.  Prior to joining the Trojans, Coach King was the Defensive Line Coach and Graphic Arts teacher at Hamilton High School in Chandler, Arizona and the president of Alliance Youth Sports Association.  

Coach King graduated from the University of Alabama in 2003 with a Bachelor degree in Business Marketing/Management.  Kenny was a 4 year starter as a defensive end, 3 year ALL SEC Academic Athlete Awardee, Verizon's Academic All-American in 2002, 2 year ALL-SEC performer, and 2 year Alabama's Iron Man Award winner during his tenure at the University.  

In 2003, he was drafted by the Arizona Cardinals where he played defensive end for four season and defensive tackle for the Baltimore Ravens during the 2007 season.  A native of Daphne, Alabama, Coach King and his wife Strelitzia have three children: Kenneth II, Kennedy, and Ransom.
