Katherine Robinson

Welcome to my Teacher Page!
This will be my second year at Daphne High School, and I am so excited to be part of the Trojan family! I will be teaching AP/Pre-IB World History and Dual Enrollment US History I this year, but I have also taught World History II, Western Civilization, and a course on the English Reformation. I am also a Freshman Class Sponsor, a co-Sponsor of Project Outreach and National Honor Society, and a member of the Homecoming Committee.
I am from Pineville, Louisiana, but have lived in lots of different places, including ten years in New Zealand as a child and six months in London while I was in college. My husband, Michael, and I have lived in South Alabama since 2013, when we moved to the area so he could begin working as a history professor at the University of Mobile. I earned my MA in British History from LSU (Geaux Tigers!) and my BA in History from Louisiana College. I also completed advanced graduate studies in British History before earning my Teacher Certification in Social Studies from the University of South Alabama. Before coming to Daphne, I taught at Saraland High School, South Alabama, and LSU.

I can be reached at ksrobinson@bcbe.org.

Go Trojans!
