Mr. Ramey starts his second year as Assistant Director of Bands at Robertsdale High School.  

​Mr. Ramey graduated from the University of South Alabama in Mobile, Alabama. While there, he was a member of the acclaimed Jaguar Marching Band, where he marched on the Jag’ Drumline; the University Wind Ensemble, Orchestra, and Percussion Ensemble. After graduation, he has since taught private lessons in percussion in Baldwin County. He has also served as a percussion technician to local band programs in both Mobile and Baldwin County. Mr. Ramey continues to perform locally with groups such as the Baldwin Pops Community Band.

  Mr. Ramey is a member of the Alabama Bandmasters Association (ABA), Alabama Music Educators Association (AMEA), National Association for Music Educators (NAfME), and the Percussive Arts Society (PAS).
