Degrees and Certifications:

Kelsey Ludvigsen

Hello Students and Parents,

My name is Kelsey Ludvigsen and I am the newest Geometry teacher here at Daphne High School! I recently moved to Daphne from Miami, FL, and I am so excited to become a part of this community.

Prior to moving, I spent the last six years teaching Pre-Algebra and Algebra 1 at a Miami-Dade County Public Charter Middle/High School, where I was also the Instructional Coach for Mathematics my last two years. I graduated with a B.S. in Elementary Education in 2012 from Barry University, and an M.S. in Math Education in 2016 from Nova Southeastern University.

I believe that every student has the ability to do well in math, and therefore my mission is always to help students break past their barriers and realize their full potential. I know that with a common goal in mind, and the determination to achieve that goal, every student can be successful.

I am grateful for the opportunity to teach at such a wonderful school, and look forward to working with the students, parents, and faculty at Daphne High to ensure that all my students feel challenged, supported, and able to reach their goals.

All the best,

Kelsey Ludvigsen
