Degrees and Certifications:
Mrs. Stephanie Bell
I was born & raised on the Eastern Shore. I went to Daphne schools until 7th grade when my family moved to Fairhope. I graduated from Fairhope High School in 2009. I then attended the University of South Alabama on a softball scholarship and graduated with a degree in Elementary & Special Education in December 2013. I married my husband, Patrick, in May 2015. I spent a year teaching 6th grade Reading & Language Arts at Robertsdale Elementary before taking a year off to stay home with our first son, Tucker, who was premature. After staying home for a year, we decided that for me to go back into the classroom, it would be best for me to have a job with a few less after school responsibilities due to our son’s medical needs & specialists visits. I decided since my heart was in Special Education, to become a paraprofessional. I have been working in the Multiple Disabilities unit at DES since 2016 & absolutely love it. Everyday is such a blessing & seeing how much my school babies grow & improve each year is SO rewarding. We have recently welcomed our youngest son, Brooks, to our family.
