I attended Auburn University and graduated from South Alabama in 1992, and I have been teaching language arts, kindergarten and pre-kindergarten ever since. I also have also earned a Master's Degree in Early Childhood Education. This will be my eleventh year teaching pre-k at Rosinton, and I feel fortunate that both of my children graduated from this fine school. What a blessing it is to live in this friendly and caring community with my husband, son, daughter, and silky terrier:) My goals are to help pre-k students attain the building blocks necessary for future success and to create an active learning environment where each day holds many possibilities for discovery and challenge.
