Mrs. Heather Duncan
I am a graduate of the University of South Alabama where I received my degree in Elementary Education in 2008. As a kindergarten teacher at Rosinton Elementary School, I feel that my job is all about laying the foundation! From the fundamental reading skills to beginning math and problem solving, I strive to differentiate my instruction in order to meet the needs of all learners. My goal is to create a classroom environment where the students feel safe and possess a sense of responsibility and community. After experiences in my classroom, I hope that my students move forward in their education as a life long learner with an inquisitive mindset!
