- TUESDAYS (3:20-3:50) and THURSDAYS (7:10-7:40) in Room 617 (Dance Studio in Art Wing): Easy, beginner practice. No experience needed. Bring mat, if you have one. Stop by the library to visit with Molly Peterson, Yoga Club Sponsor and Registered Yoga Teacher, if you have any other questions.
- Beginning Sept 7th, STUDENTS will also be invited to join the Tuesday morning "Gentle-No Mat Yoga with a Mindful Pause" in Room 209 (Hudson). 7:10-7:30. Standing and chair yoga only. No mat positions.
