My name is Tori Erdossy, and I am so blessed to be a 2nd grade teacher at Fairhope Elementary! I live in Fairhope with my wonderful husband, Nathan, and four gorgeous children, Jaycee, John, Isabelle, and Emily. I love to read, go to the beach, and spend time with my family and friends. I also love watching the Crimson Tide play football....ROLL TIDE!!
I believe teaching is a calling, and I know that I was meant for this profession. I never wanted to be anything else but a teacher! I graduated from the University of Mobile in 1999 with a degree in Elementary Education and a middle school endorsement in social science. I also have a Masters Degree in Curriculum and Instruction from Grand Canyon University.
My very first teaching job was 8th grade English at Fairhope Middle School. I also taught preschool for a few years. I spent some years as a full-time mom before returning to the classroom as a 2nd grade teacher at Grace Christian Academy in Gulf Shores. I also taught 3rd and 4th grades there. I have also taught prevention education, such as bullying prevention, and Too Good for Drugs, in many Baldwin County intermediate and middle schools, as well as after school and summer programs.
This is my fifth year to teach 2nd grade at Fairhope Elementary, and I could not be happier! I am looking forward to a great year, and I am honored to be here!
