Hi.  My name is Vickie Kilgore and I am a fourth grade teacher at Summerdale Elementary School.  This is my 29th year to teach.  I am from Birmingham, Alabama where I taught fourth grade in the Birmingham City School district for nine years.  Then I married my husband in June of 1999 and moved to Pensacola, Florida, where we still live.  I have been at Summerdale since August of 1999.  I love this school, I think it is the best one in Baldwin County! I love what I do and I love my kids.  We have a lot of fun during the year while we are becoming better readers and mathematicians.   

When I'm not at school, I can usually be found working outside in my yard, playing with my dogs or walking.  My husband and I have six dogs and they are my children.
