  • Grant Art Project Dragonfly

    Congratulations to our Coservatory of Fine Arts!

    This has been an EPIC week for the Conservatory of Fine Arts. $28,000 in grant money awarded to our middle and high school arts program.

    ~$20,000 from the Alabama State Department of Education's Alabama Arts Education Initiative Award for "Project Dragonfly" which includes our New Works Festival!

    ~$2,000 from Gulf Shores & Orange Beach Tourism

    ~$6,000 from our MAAAC organization

    ~Great meeting with our MAAAC (Mako Academic, Arts, and Athletic Club) to to share the Conservatory’s vision for the future and how the Arts impact our students and community.

    And, lots and lots of progress on our Performing Arts Center! 

    It's always a great day to be a MAKO!

    All accepted and wait-list letters have been mailed to Pre-K parents for the upcoming 2020-2021 school year. The timeframe to bring required documents will be two weeks after classes resume.  If your child was accepted, the online portion of the registration process can be completed at www.bcbe.org-Directory-‘R’ (Registration). Please make sure to select: New To The School System and 2020-21 School Year

    PARENTS: Baldwin County Public Schools will be serving sack breakfasts and lunches Wednesday, Thursday and Friday in all schools. All school sites will serve a breakfast and a lunch meal between the hours of 11-1 Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.  Currently, meals will only be served this week in schools. Check back at this site for updated information and on BCBE social media sites, as well.

    As a result of the Baldwin County Public Schools emergency school closing, parents are required to pick up student medications kept in the school’s health room.  Per the Health Services Emergency and Evacuation Guidelines, the student’s parent or guardian will be required to sign the Medication Administration Record verifying receipt of your child’s medications.

    Medications may be picked up starting on Monday, March 16 through Wednesday, March 18 at no later than 3:00 p.m.
