Title I, Part D - Programs for Students Who Are Neglected, Delinquent & At-Risk
To improve services for neglected, delinquent and at-risk children to meet academic and achievement standards, provide services to enable them to transition successfully, and prevent youth from dropping out of school

Increase the academic achievement of all students by helping schools and districts improve teacher and principal quality and effectiveness.

To ensure that all migratory children reach challenging academic standards and graduate with a high school diploma that prepares them for responsible citizenship, further learning, and productive employment.

Title IV, Academic Enrichment, Student Support
Provides funding to improve students’ academic achievement by increasing school district capacity to:
- provide all students with access to a well-rounded education;
- improve school conditions for student learning; and
- increase the use of technology to enhance the academic achievement and digital literacy of all students.
