Help your child become the Leader they want to be - The Leader in Me resources are available online.

The Leader in Me great happens here

Dear Parents and Guardians,

As you may know, our school currently implements The Leader in Me, which is a process that teaches 21st century life and leadership skills to students and creates a school culture of student empowerment based on the idea that every child can be a leader.

In our school, The Leader in Me is enabling students to take ownership of their education and learn the leadership and life skills they need to succeed in life. Students are learning how to become self-reliant, control their emotions, do their homework, prioritize their time, resolve conflicts, interact well with others, and more.

As a parent, you play an integral role in supporting your child’s success as a leader. New resources are now available to you on The Leader in Me website to support you in doing so. As summer approaches, we invite and encourage you to help us in continuing to teach your child to be a leader by:

·      Learning more about The Leader in Me process: www.TheLeaderinMe.org/parents

·      Participating in activities to help your child put The Leader in Me principles into practice: www.TheLeaderinMe.org/parents

·      Voicing your support for The Leader in Me: www.TheLeaderinMe/advocates

·      Sharing any success you have seen with your child because of The Leader in Me to inspire other parents and students: www.TheLeaderinMe.org/share-your-story

We are so appreciative of the support that you continue to give to our school so that your child continues to learn and develop the skills necessary to succeed in the 21st century.

We personally appreciate your help in furthering our leadership mission.

Best,

Elberta Elementary School Faculty & Staff
