Essay Contest is open to grades 9-12 with 12th graders competing for scholarship awards.  

The Alabama School Counselor Association is having its 11th Annual Essay Contest and Scholarship Application. Essay prompts are on the attached document. One BCVS 9th - 11th grade entry and one BCVS 12th grade entry will be selected to move on to the state-level contest, where prizes are awarded for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place state-level winners.

Deadlines:

February 6, 2023     POSTMARK Deadline for mailed submissions

February 10, 2023     DIGITAL UPLOAD Deadline for electronic submissions
