A college and career ready standard(CCRS) is a benchmark for students in the state of Alabama that shows they are ready for work or further education. 

A qualifying ACT Score

18 in English

22 in Math

22 in Reading

23 in Math

A qualifying score in the Work Keys test. (Silver Level or above) This test is given to Seniors.

A qualifying AP test Score - 3 or higher.

College Credit - taking courses outside of school or through dual enrollment.

A Career Credential - Examples - Microsoft Office User Certification, Beef Quality Certification, Adobe Photoshop User, Etc.

Enlistment in the Military - Signed contract required.
