7th grade supply list


  • 1-inch 3-ring binder

notebook paper

1 set of subject dividers –the plastic type with pockets will work the best

1 pencil pouch (to be kept inside binder or back pack) with the following supplies:

  • Pencils (mechanical preferred)
  • Erasers (the white ones are best. They don’t tear the paper)
  • Ink pens (blue or black for classwork)
  • 1 set of colored pencils
  • small hand-held pencil sharpener for colored pencils
  • highlighters
  • small calculator
  • 1 set of colored ink pens (NOT MARKERS!) for science
  • 1 pair of scissors for science

1 small pair of earbuds

1 small (4 oz) bottle of Elmer’s School Glue – white (for science)

2 composition books – for Life Science

2 composition books – for English

2 composition books – for Math

1 spiral notebook – for Social Studies

1 box of nose tissue for homeroom teacher

2 rolls of paper towels – one for homeroom teacher, one for science lab



For student use:

  • Packs of notebook paper
  • Packs of regular and mechanical pencils
  • Packs of blue or black ink pens
  • Packs of colored pencils

For classroom use:

Teachers may not purchase any of the items below (except copy paper) with classroom funds and usually come out of their own pockets.  Donations help out every teacher tremendously.

  • Nose tissue
  • Paper towels
  • Plastic ziplock bags (gallon or quart) any brand
  • Copy paper (white and colored)
  • Nonbleach spray cleaner (like Mr. Clean or Windex Multisurface cleaner)
  • Lysol/Clorox disinfectant wipes
  • Lysol disinfectant spray (like air freshener, not cleaner)
  • Hand sanitizer/Germ-X

 Label/Tag for your personal instrument – or personalize the case so that it is UNMISTAKABLY YOURS! Most instrument “disappearances” last year happened because of unlabeled instrument cases.


-Brass Players (Trumpet, French Horn, Trombone, Baritone, Tuba)

                  -Personal bottle of valve oil (except trombone players)

                  -Trombone players – personal container of slide cream


-Woodwind Players (Flute, Clarinet, Saxophone)

                  -One box of 2.5 or 3 strength Reeds (Vandoren is recommended)


-Percussion Players

                  -Personal pair of Concert Snare Drum Sticks

                  -Personal pair of plastic or rubber Bell/Xylophone mallets

                  -Practice Pad
