This is usually caused from plugging in a cell phone to your Chromebook's USB port to charge the phone. Doing this can severely damage the computer and this type of damage isn't always covered under the warranty. Please don't plug cell phones into the Chromebook for any reason or you could be held responsible for paying for damages to the computer. This is a charging station for cell phones located in the Library for anyone to use anytime during the school day.
