The Aspiring Leadership Program has recruited, trained and provided a succession plan for 112 Baldwin County teachers through the Instructional Leader Program over the past three years. Eight Assistant Principals who participated in the Aspiring Instructional Leader Program have now been promoted to principal, over the past three years. Seventeen teachers or curriculum coaches who participated in the Aspiring Instructional Leader Program have now been promoted to Assistant Principal over the past three years. Who can apply: The program is open to any Baldwin County Certified employee who may aspire to move into an Administration position or just want to know more about how the administrative system works in BCPSS.
