FMS Scores "A" on the State Report Card for Second Year in a Row!
For the second year in a row, Fairhope Middle School has made an "A" on the state report card. For 2017/2018, FMS scored 93, one point above the 92 average for 2016/2017. Regarding Scantron Performance state test scores, FMS 8th grade students for 2017/2018 were 78.19% proficient in math (Benchmark-Level 3 and 4 combined) and 67.14% proficient in reading (Benchmark-Level 3 and 4 combined). 7th grade students scores in math showed 74.12% proficiency and reading was 67.54% proficiency (Benchmark-Levels 3 and 4 combined).
