You must wear cleats and shin guards to tryouts. Bring your own water.

YOU MUST COMPLETE THE FOLLOWING FORMS ON DRAGONFLY TO TRYOUT: 

Medical Info, Participation, Concussion, Physical

 If you have a physical on file at the school, we will check if it has expired.
