Measurable Results Assessment Survey

Dear Parents/Guardian,

Our school is focusing on teaching 21st-century leadership and life skills to students to create a culture of student empowerment based on the idea that every child can be a leader. Our school is conducting surveys to learn more about key areas of strength and areas of needed growth.  The data from these surveys will also help us track the impacts of the practices that positively affect school climate and culture.  We are asking all full-time staff members, parents/guardians, and students to participate in the survey which is referred to as the MRA survey.

We highly encourage you to complete the survey (without sharing your name or other identifying information).  Feedback is vital to ensure our school is moving in a postive direction to create a school climate and culture that is conducive for student learning especially during these unprecedented times of COVID.

The survey takes about 12 minutes to complete.  The survey includes questions about your child and his/her experiences in school.  If you have more than one child attending our school, you will be asked to consider the oldest child's experiences as you answer questions.

Thank you in advance for taking time to provide us feedback that will help our schools continue to be #BaldwinProud and #CommunityStrong.
