We have contemplated over this issue intensely. Each grade level takes a big trip each year, so we do have the opportunity to roll the funds forward keeping detailed records of who paid in order to credit them for next year's trip. Plus our wonderful 5th grade teachers have offered to take our current 4th grade students to Montgomery in the fall. Unfortunately we do not have that opportunity for our sixth graders to take a trip so we know we must prepare for those refunds.
