  Congratulations to Ms. Williams for being a recipient. In honor of our former colleague Josh Hall, we have created the Joshua Eric Hall Baldwin Proud Memorial Scholarship for an employee who is enrolled in a Teacher Certification program or for an employee’s child who is enrolled in a teacher certification program. We want to thank everyone who donated. Josh loved children and loved life.
