How can broken Chromebooks be replaced?

Replacements for broken student Chromebooks will be provided by appointment only. Students/parents must call the Help Desk at 251-967-5333 to try to resolve the issue over the phone. If the Help Desk cannot resolve the issue, they will offer an appointment time and place for the student/parent to turn in the old computer and pick up a new one. Parents (or high school students 16 or older) may be required to show their Driver’s License when exchanging a broken Chromebook for a new one.
