Golf tryouts will be on November 18th and 19th at Quail Creek Golf Course beginning at 2:30 p.m.  

There are forms you must complete before tryouts. You have a few choices to complete and submit your forms.

If you are "in season" and participating in another sport, you still need to complete the registration and all forms.

Dragonfly Paperwork -Complete concussion, participation, and cardiac arrest forms.

1. You may complete, scan, and email the forms to mlangdon@bcbe.org 
2. If you are a current student at FHS, you may print, complete, sign the forms, and submit them to Coach McKinzey at the FHS library.  
3. If you are enrolled at FMS, you may print, complete, sign the forms, and submit them to the front office at FMS.  
4. If you prefer, you may print, complete, sign the forms and, place the forms in an envelope, then turn them in at the front office at FHS. Make sure Coach McKinzey/Library is on the envelope.

Players are responsible for golf clubs, golf balls, tees, golf attire, etc.
