03.29.22 Superintendent Update

Parents:

The Baldwin County Public School System is carefully watching the approaching weather system set to affect our area tomorrow. Our area is under a moderate risk for severe weather with the main threats being damaging winds, flooding, hail, and the possibility of tornadoes. We’ve been watching the timing closely from the National Weather Service and it looks as though the main focus is going to be Wednesday evening into the early morning hours of Thursday.
Due to the timing being after school hours, we will continue with our school day as normal. After School Childcare will also take place as normal. Athletics going on after the instructional day will be left up to the principal’s discretion.

We will continue to watch as this system approaches and will be in touch as needed.

Thank you and have a great evening.

Eddie Tyler, Superintendent
