05.25.22 Superintendent Update
Parents,
Great news! Remember the SNAP codes used for registration every year that are so easy to lose? Worry no more! Returning student registration will now be done using the PowerSchool Parent Portal! To register, parents or guardians just need to create (if they have not already done so) a parent portal account in PowerSchool.
If you are not familiar with the parent portal in PowerSchool, it gives parents the ability to log in online and see all of their student’sinformation in one place. In addition to registration, parents can also access grades, assignments, scores, attendance, schedules, lunch balance, school bulletins and much more. Parents can also sign up to receive email notifications from this portal regarding their student’s activities.
Although registration must be done through the PowerSchool website (https://baldwinco.powerschool.com/public), don’t forget to download the PowerSchool app for the upcoming school year! Have the information mentioned above ready for you on the go!
If you have not registered for a parent portal account, you will need to contact your student's school for information on setting up a new account including the access ID and password. For additional information on the parent portal, please visit www.bcbe.org/registration.
Please be patient when contacting your student’s school. Many are wrapping up end of the year business and it may take a few days to get back with you. Registration starts June 1 and runs through July 22.
Attached is the Parent Portal Quick Start Guide. Thank you and have a great rest of your week!
